Behind the Scenes

There has been a lot of action behind the scenes and one fabulous family vacation, and that my friends is the reason it’s been a ghost town on my website recently. For that, I apologize! But it was a much-needed re-charge, I feel more connected with my family and my vision. They are no longer two separate lives, so to speak.

I did not want to share much until I had a firm grasp on what I was doing. The grasp, albeit tenuous at the moment, but I think firm enough to talk a little about it. I miss you all so much and I wanted to ‘chat’ with you.

Those of you who are signed up for my newsletter will get a first glimpse at the cover and schwag, look out for that by the end of August beginning of September.

This week I am taking a short break from writing, because – dun dun dun – RynRaven has been shipped off to my new editor! I’m so excited I could toss my cookies – in fact, I almost did. Next time I will submit a manuscript on an empty stomach. I can just about keep my anxiety in check on a good day, jumping out of my comfort zone and enlisting the help of a professional is, to say the least, panic inducing. But she, Natasha Raulerson is awesome, and here is link to her services, be sure to check her out.

And it is that anxiety that brings me to my next new and exciting project, I’m keeping it under wraps for right now, but I hope to reveal it in early 2019. Recently I have been doing a lot of lamenting and soul searching and I’ve been trying to let go of the guilt surrounding the years and opportunities I’ve allowed my anxiety to steal from me and it got me thinking, gosh darn it. I don’t want other ladies like me to miss out on life too! So, the wheels began turning and I’ve got a few plans in the works for just that. I hope you stay tuned to find out.

Otherwise, get out there and enjoy the end of this summer! I hope it cools down a bit here, but the back to school supplies have me stoked for the coming fall.
